Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in England is looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.

You will support the Business Administrator with administrative tasks, assist with home tours and enquiries, and help coordinate training to ensure excellent service and a smooth daily operation.

About The Role

Are you a friendly, professional, and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a care home setting? We invite you to join the Hallmark Care Homes family as a Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.

Shift pattern for this role is 8am to 6.30 pm including every other weekend working.

• Experienced: You have a background in reception and experience working in a team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-of-house service.
