Job Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
- Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
- Champion our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and training the team to improve confidence and delivery
- Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
- Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
- Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
- Enhance member engagement within your community
- Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
- Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the member base
- Support the team in maximizing revenue from memberships, products, and secondary services
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members
- Promote personal training sessions and deliver sessions monthly
