Job description

Job Title: Fitness Product Lead

Own and lead the fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal, and Group Training.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
2. Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
3. Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges
4. Champion the member onboarding program, MOVE, and train the team to enhance confidence and delivery
5. Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
6. Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers
7. Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
8. Enhance member engagement within your community
9. Deliver classes in line with gym guidelines
10. Drive new member sales and retain existing members to increase live member movement
11. Support revenue growth across all lines, including memberships and products
12. Lead by example on reception and the gym floor
13. Provide constructive feedback to team members regularly
14. Promote personal training sessions and deliver sessions monthly

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
• Experience in running personal training sessions
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with various group training modalities
• Up-to-date industry knowledge
• Effective communication and management skills
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and eager to develop
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends and bank holidays
