Responsibility

• Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness.
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently.
• Lead national initiatives & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events.
• Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE. Lead by example, support, and train the wider team to improve confidence and delivery.
• Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and engagement throughout the program.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance according to company KPIs.
• Grow and optimize member engagement within your community.
• Deliver on-shift classes as per gym guidelines.

• Support the wider team by driving revenue from membership sales, products, and secondary services to enhance gym profitability.
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visit.

Qualifications

Must have

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry fitness trends.
• Adaptability in communication and management to motivate and inspire.
• A positive, solutions-driven mindset.

• Driven, ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop.
• Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays if required.
