Job Title: Fitness Product Lead
To own and lead the fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training.

Job Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
- Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
- Support the member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and training the team
- Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
- Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
- Oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
- Enhance member engagement within your community
- Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
- Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the live member base
- Support revenue growth across membership sales and products
- Lead by example on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to team members
- Drive personal training sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
- Experience in running personal training sessions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in delivering various group training modalities
- Knowledge of current fitness industry trends
- Effective communication and management skills to motivate teams
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and member-focused mentality
- Ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
