Mildreds in Soho, London, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our vibrant, plant-based kitchen in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. You’ll drive menu development, oversee food preparation, maintain impeccable standards, and role‑model professionalism.

You’ll mentor the kitchen team, control costs, ensure health and safety compliance, collaborate with FOH to deliver brilliant guest experiences, and grow the brand through training, innovation, and consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership in a fast-paced, high-standards plant-based kitchen.

Responsibilities

Working with FOH to ensure that each guest’s experience is brilliant.
