Chestnut is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in East Anglia. You will design seasonal menus, mentor staff, and uphold exceptional standards of taste and presentation.

Qualificações

• Experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to design seasonal menus reflecting local ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop exciting seasonal menus reflecting Chestnut’s vision.
• Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative, positive environment.
• Ensure each dish meets high standards for taste, presentation and consistency.
• Oversee kitchen operations including inventory, cost control and food safety.
• Manage dry stock and ensure accurate ordering; partner with GM to maintain a high-performing culture.
