Signature Senior Lifestyle in Banstead is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver a menu that delights residents with delicious, seasonal and cost-effective dishes. You will develop the food offering across our community and ensure nutritional needs and dietary requirements are met.

You will set high standards in hygiene, portion control and menu costing. You will manage and develop a team including a Sous Chef, Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, driving excellence and ongoing

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Catering Services or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in a busy kitchen.
• COSHH awareness and Health & Safety knowledge.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Mansioni

• Lead a busy kitchen and develop delicious, seasonal, cost-effective menus.
• Manage and develop a kitchen team including Sous Chef, Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs.
• Ensure nutritional needs and dietary requirements are met for residents.
