Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for our luxury care and nursing home in Banstead. You will work under the Head Chef to craft nutritious, restaurant-quality meals for residents and oversee a specific kitchen area, ensuring portions and waste are well managed.

You will engage with dietary requirements, including dementia dining, and help refine the menu with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Formación

• A year’s experience in catering is advantageous.
• NVQ Level 2 or QCF equivalent in food & hygiene or catering services is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of health & safety and awareness of waste disposal & infection control is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Work under the Head Chef to create and produce a nutritious menu for residents.
• Oversee one area of the kitchen, ensure proper portion control, and minimise waste.
• Develop awareness of dietary requirements, including dementia dining, to meet residents' needs.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to regularly review and develop the menu.
