Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Banstead is seeking a Head Chef to lead our luxury care home kitchen and craft menus that delight residents and meet their nutritional needs.

You will manage a team of chefs, develop seasonal dishes, control costs and ensure high standards of food safety. A NVQ Level 3 in Catering and supervisory experience are essential; a full, clean driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Catering Services
• Proven supervisory kitchen experience
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety
• Full, clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team including Sous Chef and Chefs de Partie
• Create menus and dishes for residents with dietary needs
• Maintain high food quality, safety, and cost controls
