Responsibilities

Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation.
Managing food costs, GP margins, and stock control.
Ordering supplies and managing relationships with suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP regulations.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
