Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in large-scale catering environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Background in luxury hospitality or high-end, multi-outlet catering.
• Commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing and modern food culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large brigade with Shift Leaders and 15+ culinary staff.
• Drive operational excellence across all meal services.
• Oversee budgeting, food cost control and labour management.
• Recruit, train, and performance-manage the kitchen team.
