Ask for Janice, part of ULG's London venues, seeks an ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver honest, tasty food to the local community. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a healthy, profitable service, guided by the Group Development Chef to create innovative menus.

The role focuses on day-time and lunch trade, with private hires possible in evenings and weekends, including corporate events and weddings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a head chef or senior kitchen lead.
• Ability to manage a busy kitchen and maintain quality.
• Experience with menu creation and cost control.

Responsibilities
