Incipio Group is seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead a kitchen at a premium West London venue. You will shape an innovative menu using brilliant British produce, while driving exceptional standards and hospitality.

You will manage stock, budgeting, and staff development, inspiring your team to deliver elevated experiences for guests. As a proactive leader, you’ll recruit top talent, plan rosters, and maintain spotless hygiene and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Chef in an elevated restaurant.
• Creative, innovative and forward thinking.
• Excellent communication to lead a team and drive service.
• Able to manage kitchen budget, stock, waste and ordering.
• Recruiting and developing staff to elevate team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Food Team & General Manager to curate and develop core and seasonal menus.
• Own and deliver GP to budget, manage stock, waste and ordering.
• Ensure kitchen meets all sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Plan rosters and manage kitchen labor costs within budget.
• Recruit and develop the kitchen team in line with company guidelines.
• Lead biannual team performance reviews and training initiatives.
