Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Head Chef at The Priory, part of Vintage Inns. You will lead the kitchen, inspire your team and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of the highest standard, while nurturing guest satisfaction and sales.

You’ll manage all kitchen operations, work with a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene compliance. Optional onsite 1-bedroom accommodation is available, with pension and generous holidays.
