Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Head Chef for The Ship, part of Sizzling Pub & Grill. Lead the kitchen, inspire your team and ensure dishes meet the highest standards, from breakfast to hosting the big game.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety practices.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver consistently high quality food.

• Drive targets in sales and guest satisfaction with your team.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
