Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Sizzling Pub & Grill brand is seeking a Head Chef in Paignton to lead a kitchen team and deliver consistently high standards. You’ll inspire staff, manage ordering, stock, and menus, and ensure every dish meets quality expectations in a busy pub environment.

You’ll drive sales, maintain health and hygiene compliance, and recruit talented chefs to join a close-knit team at the heart of our community.

• Experience leading a professional kitchen team.
• Track record of delivering high standards of food.
