Job summary

Ship Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train staff, and ensure service is smooth and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor and train kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Prepare mise en place and ensure service readiness.
• Cook to menu specs and maintain quality during service.
