Mitchells & Butlers plc's Punch Tavern is seeking a Head Chef to lead a vibrant kitchen and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of food. You'll manage all kitchen operations, drive menu execution, cost control and food safety, while ensuring guests leave wanting more.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen with standards-driven output.
• Ability to train and motivate a culinary team to deliver consistency.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations.

As Head Chef at the Punch Tavern you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
