Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef at the Punch Tavern to lead the kitchen, inspire the team and deliver food of the highest standard. You’ll manage all areas of the kitchen and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with an optional onsite bedsit/studio accommodation and a strong bonus and discount package.

As Head Chef at the Punch Tavern you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
