Job summary

Goat in the Mitchells & Butlers group is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver consistently high-quality food. You will manage kitchen operations, ensure health and hygiene standards, and work with a branded menu to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and lead a kitchen team.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations and stock.

As Head Chef at the Goat you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
