Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef at the Peartree Bridge Inn to lead a kitchen team, drive high standards and craft menus that delight guests.

You will train and inspire your team, manage food ordering, stock control, and health and hygiene compliance while working with a branded menu to grow sales. Mitchells & Butlers PLC offers a strong benefits package and a friendly, inclusive team culture across our brands.

As Head Chef at the Peartree Bridge Inn you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
