Job summary

The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook, part of Parogon, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with ownership of menus and food quality. You'll head the brigade, work alongside the General Manager and drive exceptional food experiences.

The role offers a 44-hour week, a base rate up to £17.12/hr with a total package around £55,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme up to 20% and additional service charges.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up.

• Commercial awareness – GP, labour and stock
• Attention to detail and calm under pressure
