The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, own the food program and drive exceptional menus. You’ll guide the brigade, manage GP, labour and stock, and uphold food safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Join a pub with a strong bonus scheme and a total package around £55,000 per year, based on full-time hours (44 hours/week). You’ll champion quality, develop your team, and shape the guest experience daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up.
• A knockout leader with a passion for great food.
• Commercial awareness - GP, labour and stock.
• Attention to detail and calm under pressure.
