Job summary

The Swan With Two Necks, Blackbrook, part of the Parogon Group, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and own the food you serve. You’ll manage the brigade, deliver menus to the highest standard and drive GP, labour and stock control.

We offer a total package up to £55,000 per year, including a base of £39,160 plus a 20% bonus and extra service charges. You’ll join a supportive team with development plans, healthcare, and social events designed to reward success.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage a brigade.
• Commercial awareness including GP, labour and stock control.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and quality.
• Ability to develop new dishes and menus.
