Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. This permanent salaried role offers stability and regular monthly pay, with excellent career development opportunities as you advance within the pub group.

You’ll drive kitchen standards, manage a motivated team, and collaborate with pub management to deliver memorable guest experiences. Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, or readiness to step up from Sous Chef, is preferred.
