Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across our pubs. You will drive standards, lead the kitchen in partnership with pub management, and create memorable guest experiences with a motivated team.

You’ll have prior Kitchen Manager/Head Chef experience or be stepping up from sous/second chef, with a focus on food quality, hygiene, and timely service. A salaried contract provides security and career growth opportunities.
