BaxterStorey is seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This newly created role strengthens the day-to-day operations, supporting the Catering manager and leading a senior team to deliver exceptional food and service.

You will lead, mentor and develop a team, drive standards, and manage client relationships while upholding BaxterStorey values and achieving KPI targets.

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
