You will lead a kitchen team, drive high standards, and innovate menus across boutique retail and fine dining experiences.

The role demands extensive knowledge of the premium restaurant sector, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering exceptional food offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head/Executive Chef or similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to mentor, train and empower a team.
• Financially astute with strong budget management and cost control.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing abilities.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
