Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Head Chef to join a newly created role that strengthens the catering team. You will lead the day-to-day operations, support the Catering Manager, and work with the senior team to deliver excellence.

Your leadership will inspire the team, ensure consistent high standards and strong client relations. You will drive culinary innovation, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience in leading, training and supporting a team.
• Financially astute with ability to manage budgets and drive commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
