BaxterStorey is seeking a Head Chef to lead a dynamic culinary team and set new standards in workplace hospitality across our sites in the UK.

You will inspire, mentor and manage budgets while delivering exceptional food and service, partnering with clients and stakeholders to create outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Demonstrated obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Experience training and supporting a team.
• Budgeting skills and ability to drive commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Empathetic, clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Solution-oriented mindset to adapt to challenges.
• Strong strategic thinking and critical reasoning.
