RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Chef for our award-winning Holiday Inn Blackpool. You’ll lead a vibrant kitchen, drive menu development at Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen, and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experienced culinary leader, ideally with Head Chef experience or strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
• Passion for food, creativity and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
• Proven leadership skills, able to inspire, motivate and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong commercial awareness, including managing food costs, GP, labour budgets and stock.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, own the kitchen operation and develop the team.
• Drive menu development and innovation for Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Recruit, coach and motivate the kitchen team to perform at a high level.
• Manage food costs, GP, labour budgets, stock and purchasing.
