Qualifikationen

• A proven culinary leader with Head Chef experience or strong Sous Chef background.
• A genuine passion for food, creativity and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire, motivate and develop a kitchen team.
• Strong commercial awareness including food costs, GP, labour budgets and stock.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the front, owning the kitchen operation and developing the team.
• Drive menu development and innovation for Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and service across meals and events.
• Recruit, coach and motivate the kitchen brigade to perform at high standards.
• Manage food costs, gross profit, labour budgets and stock purchasing.
• Champion food safety, HACCP, allergen management and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences.
• Bring fresh ideas and push boundaries to grow the hotel's culinary offering.
