You will motivate and coach the team, uphold hygiene and allergen controls, maintain a calm, efficient service, and deliver consistently tasty meals with great presentation, while embracing our guest-focused, community pub ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to deliver tasty and well-presented meals to customers.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
