Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef for its Chef & Brewer pubs to lead a busy kitchen and nurture a high-performing team. You’ll drive consistent delivery of top-quality dishes while maintaining kitchen efficiency and superior guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for coaching and motivating staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and continuously pushing for improvements in taste, presentation and service across a busy service period.
