Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold the highest food and hygiene standards across our pubs. You will be a pivotal part of the pub management team, shaping experiences that keep guests returning.

You’ll have proven Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, with a track record of developing the team and delivering quality meals. Flexible and part-time hours may be available to fit family or study commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or stepping up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and raise standards.
• Strong focus on food quality, hygiene and service pace.

• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Lead and motivate a kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain clear communication with your kitchen and pub team.
