Job summary

Caravan Southbank in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen from day one, guiding a skilled team and upholding high standards of hospitality, health and safety, and guest experience.

You will work with the General Manager and management to ensure consistent dishes, stock control, and staff development, in a full-time role with earnings from £56,000-60,000 per year plus a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Prior Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain health & safety standards across the kitchen.
• Ensure every dish is consistently prepared to spec.
• Lead by example and coach the kitchen team.
• Manage stock, costs, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with restaurant team to deliver best guest experience.
