• Leads kitchen operations and maintains high food standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop kitchen staff at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the Conto Lounge kitchen, leading every shift from open to close.
• Recruit, develop and coach your kitchen team with clear development plans.
• Know our menu specs and kitchen processes inside out; spot issues and opportunities.
• Own site-level action plans with the General Manager for food wait times, NSF standards, ordering, stock and cleaning.
• Deliver on KPIs: food quality, wait times, wastage, food safety and GP; report on performance.
• Schedule fair rotas aligned with sales and bookings forecast.
• Work closely with Front of House to build a genuine one-team culture.
