Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Head Chef in Training opportunity across our Sizzling Pub & Grill brands in the UK. You’ll learn to build a kitchen to the Mitchells & Butlers way and lead a team to deliver high-quality food.

Over six months training, you’ll train and inspire your team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards. A strong track record in kitchen leadership helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
• Experience as a catering manager or head chef preferred.
• Be able to drive to support district training.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
• Smash targets for sales and guest satisfaction with your team.
• Manage food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
