• Be able to drive and support district training.

Responsibilities

• Over six months of training, you will be equipped to become a Head Chef.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food.
• Aim to smash targets with your team, driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Manage food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
