Mitchells & Butlers within Premium Country Pubs invites you to join a Head Chef in Training program. Based in your district, you’ll lead a kitchen team, drive performance and learn to build a kitchen to the Mitchells & Butlers standard.

You may be in a current culinary leadership role ready to advance. Six months of structured training will equip you to manage food ordering, prep and stock while driving guest satisfaction and sales targets across branded pubs and restaurants.
