Thomas Franks is a leading independent contract caterer delivering fresh food and excellent service across schools in Winchester. We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team and drive breakfast, lunch and hospitality with menus that showcase seasonal ingredients.

You will lead a dynamic kitchen, manage a team, and ensure high standards of food hygiene, cost control and guest satisfaction while developing bespoke menus and mentoring staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in busy kitchens.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage menus.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and service.
• Prepare meals from scratch using fresh ingredients.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and allergen controls.
