Tonic Talent is seeking a talented Head Chef to run a 55-cover restaurant at a recently renovated Golf Club. The role covers breakfast through dinner with seasonal, modern dishes and a small à la carte menu. You will lead a relaxed dining setup with concise, innovative menus and oversee events and buffets.

The role requires experience in fresh food kitchens, a passion for quality, and a drive for 100% customer satisfaction. Salary and benefits discussed on request.

• Proven ability to manage stock and costs.
• Creative, seasonal menu development with profitability.
• Familiarity with EHO standards and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all kitchen operations.
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety standards (EHO).
• Ordering and managing stock.
