Job summary

The Vaults pub on Albert Road is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen, take ownership of the food operation, and develop the food offering. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep pace with busy services, events, and functions while delivering fresh, seasonal dishes.

Qualifications

• You will lead a kitchen team to deliver fresh pub classics and seasonal dishes.
• Strong leadership and communication are essential to run a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are required.
