The Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder, Scotland, seeks an exceptional Head Chef to lead our new Asian restaurant launching in spring/summer 2027. You will unite Japan and China-inspired cuisine with cocktails and immersive design in a standout setting on the Gleneagles grounds.

Qualifications

• Recognised expert in Asian cuisine with vision to establish a premier dining destination.
• Ability to shape and evolve a high-end menu with creative flair.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team-building in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of a new Asian restaurant at Gleneagles.
• Shape and own the menu, ensuring exceptional dishes and guest tasting experiences.
• Direct kitchen operations, costed recipes and financial targets.
• Plan staffing, rosters and holidays to support operations and morale.
• Build strong partnerships with Restaurant Management and Front of House.
