The Grove Lodge and Courtyard in Middlesbrough is seeking a Head Chef for its bank team. You will prepare, cook and serve meals for residents, ensuring dietary needs are met and quality standards are maintained.

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will manage food supplies, check deliveries and uphold Health and Safety standards. A Level 2/3 catering qualification (or willingness to train) is preferred, with a good level of English and numeracy.

Formación

• Good standard of English and numeracy skills.
• Experience in care home kitchen preferred.
• Level 2 or Level 3 catering qualification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals for residents, accommodating dietary requirements.
• Manage food orders and stock, ensure hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support Home Manager and relay information about deliveries and equipment maintenance.
