Priory Group in Banks, Southport (Lancashire) is seeking a full-time Chef to join Cleveland House. This 40-hour-per-week role involves planning, cooking, and serving meals, with supervision of catering staff and stock management.

The position is based on site in a residential support setting. The successful candidate will have experience in professional kitchens, NVQ2 or equivalent and basic food hygiene qualification, plus strong communication to lead junior staff.

• Strong communication skills to direct and instruct junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Order and rotate stock, check invoices before submission.
