The role focuses on developing a culture of excellence, mentoring staff, and delivering client-ready experiences that align with BaxterStorey values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience in managing, training, and supporting a team.
• Analytical and budget-conscious with ability to drive performance.
• Strong coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
