Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a talented Head Chef for our Dunfermline location. You will lead the kitchen, create fresh seasonal menus, and oversee breakfast, lunch and hospitality for events and matches.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch and hospitality.
Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
Ensure all food standards are met and wastage is controlled.
Adhere to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
Be a great team player.
