Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Dunfermline is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen at one of our prestigious locations. The role focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients, bespoke menus, and a leadership position within a dynamic kitchen team.

The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a £40,000 salary and 40-hour weeks, with opportunities to develop innovative menus and showcase culinary leadership. Applicants must have rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.

Dunfermline. Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Salary: £40,000. Hours: 40h per week. A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a number of different events through the year ranging from corporate and private meeting & events to the absolutely enthralling match days over the course of the year. Head Chef

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
